Alpine maintenance software tracks all your warranty needs.  Within Alpine, our customers can setup their OEM & Extended warranties on their assets and part master records, get alerts during the Work Order workflow process, track the warranty claims from your vendors, credit the assets once warranty dollars are reimbursed, and then report on all warranties. 

WARRANTY MODULE FUNCTIONS

  • Setup both OEM & Extended warranties on your assets with multiple meter types (months, miles, hours, etc)

  • Alert Work Order creator at the inception of the Work Order if the asset is covered under OEM or Extended warranty.  This will allow the user to farm warrantable Work Order to OEM for a $0 invoice.

  • Alert the mechanic or parts manager within the Work Order that the part that is being uninstalled from the Work Order is covered under warranty

  • Not only alert mechanic that the part is covered under warranty, but making the mechanic click a button within the Work Order that states that they have saved warrantable part

  • The Asset Master record tracks all parts installed on an asset that are still covered under warranty
