WORK ORDER MODULE
Our state-of-the-art Work Order Module within our vehicle fleet management software is easy to use for all your staff. Utilizing Mobile technology, your mechanics will navigate through the Work Order module simple manner with little training. Your mechanics will be able to perform paperless checklists/inspections, bar-code scanning parts, and utilize Voice-to-text for their comments right from their mobile devices. In this screenshot, the mechanic, Kevin Harper, is working from his mobile device on this Work Order where he has been Clocked On to this APU service for 7 minutes (middle right). When the mechanic is done with this job, they can click the “Clock Out" button (middle right) to timestamp their labor time.
WORK ORDER NUMBER
Upper Management/Shop Manager/Lead Mechanic will be able to create a New Work Order within the Alpine I vehicle fleet management software, view mechanic assigned work, view what each mechanic is currently working on, edit any completed Work Orders performed by the mechanics, plus much more. In this screenshot, the user is looking at Work Order number W3 on asset 94047. The Work Order shows multiple Services that need to be performed on this asset. Once each Service has been Completed, then the manager, shop foreman, and/or lead mechanic can edit, if necessary, and Close Work Order in top right.

Alerts: PMs Due/Overdue & DVIRs (Top Right corner of Work Order, it’s alerting user in the Work Order that this asset also has an Issue (DVIR/Camppaign/Recall) & PM due on this asset.
